As, at this time, the worst discrimination is being faced by LGBTQ persons, we strongly urge the passage of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act which would make such discrimination due to sexual orientation illegal. We also urge the immediate passage of state and municipal laws that protect ALL people from workplace discrimination, bigotry, and harassment.
